In the street, the metro and other urban places, I notice singular gestures and actions. A man performs push-ups in the street, a woman lays flowers on graves in a cemetery, a woman peels vegetables at the end of a market, a woman asks a passerby for money and places the coin on a car. 

Later, by referring to their memories, I fictionalize small scenes and I film them with the people around me.

Words filmed in the city appear between each scene and constitute the mnemonic phrase: a dans par pour en vers contre de sans sous (Adam leaves for Antwerp for two hundred sous).
